What I love most about Dia De Los Muertos is that it's a chance to celebrate loved ones who have passed. So many of us can focus on death as a sad event, but those who celebrate Day of the Dead view passing as a celebration of life.
This holiday allows me to remember the positive memories and celebrate having such amazing people in my life by decorating and sharing a plate with family. Y'all know I love color, positivity, and all things bright and happy, and this holiday allows me to reflect on amazing people I've had in my life like my Papa.
